Shipping

Shipping Time:

Shipments within Canada require 4 to 8 business days to deliver, from the receipt of your order for products.
Shipments to USA and other international destinations require 1-2 weeks to deliver, from the receipt of your order for products.

Shipping rates Within Canada:

Orders below $250 will receive standard shipping charge of $15.00.
Free shipping on orders $250 and more (after applicable discount and excluding taxes).
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post and UPS.

Shipping rates to United States only:

Shipping to International destinations (excluding USA):

Undeliverable Shipments:

Orders that are returned to us by shipping carrier as "undeliverable" will not be reshipped until additional shipping charges are paid. Accuracy of address is buyers responsibility.
Shipment will be processed as a return and a charge of equivalent to the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund.

All orders are shipped from our Medical Spa located in Burlington, Canada.
